Independent service. We are an independent U.S.-based travel assistance service. We are not Air Dolomiti and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Air Dolomiti or Lufthansa Group.

Air Dolomiti USA Support is a small, U.S.-based team that helps American travelers deal with the practical side of flying Air Dolomiti and its Lufthansa Group connections. We are based in Miami and reachable by phone during U.S. business hours, which is the whole point: when a connection through Frankfurt or Munich goes sideways, or a fare rule is unclear before you book, you can talk it through with someone in your own time zone instead of calling a European office overnight.

What we actually do

Our work is guidance and troubleshooting, not ticketing. Because Air Dolomiti has no nonstop U.S. flights, most of the questions we hear are about connecting itineraries and the rules that come with them — how baggage allowance changes by fare, what a change really costs once you add the fare difference, whether a refund is on a normal timeline or genuinely stuck, and what you are owed under EU passenger rules when a flight is delayed or cancelled. We explain your options in plain English, tell you which tasks are self-service versus which have to go through the airline, and stay reachable while you sort it out.

The people who answer draw on backgrounds in airline customer service and travel booking, so they are comfortable reading fare rules, connection protection, and EU261 entitlements — the details that decide whether a disrupted trip costs you money or not. We keep our guidance grounded in the airline's own published policies and the applicable regulations, and we are upfront when the answer is "that has to be handled by Air Dolomiti directly."

What we do not do

We are not the airline, so we do not issue or reprice tickets inside Air Dolomiti's reservation system, we do not access your booking on your behalf, and we never present ourselves as an official Air Dolomiti channel. Bookings, changes, and refunds are ultimately completed by the airline or by whoever issued your ticket. Where a service fee applies to our assistance, we tell you before anything proceeds.
